Now as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. And He said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men." Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.

-Matthew 4:18-20

With such simple words Christ called forth his first disciples. They were the first followers in a journey that would enrapture millions. With these words, Jesus began calling His straying children home.

For the last two years, Primum Mobile Magazine has commented upon politics, history, religion, literature, and society under the careful watch of people who share a common vision — the point of view of a fisher of men. While we have come from different places and different philosophies, we have come here (or been led) to advance the understanding of God, as part of our journey to sanctification. We are on our way home, and we have done our best to tell of the road we travel to make it easier for those who follow.

But in this issue, on the second anniversary of the launch of the magazine, we tell how we began on that road. Here you will read the testimonies of four of our editors — Paul Lytle, Louis A. Markos, Daniel Morgan, and J.E. Heath.

We hope you find this most personal of issues to be an inspiration. If you wish to share your own story of salvation, please send it to submissions@primum-mobile.net. We would love to hear it.
